7B Design is a residential interior design studio based in Scarsdale, New York, serving clients throughout Westchester and the greater NYC area. We design and manage full-home interiors, working closely with homeowners, architects, and builders to create spaces that are cohesive, considered, and built for real life.
Our work is grounded in clarity, comfort, and intention resulting in tailored interiors that feel natural and fully resolved. Drawing from architecture, travel, and each client’s personal context, we create homes that are both elevated and enduring.
The Process
We manage the full scope of each project from initial concept through installation. Our work includes spatial design, material selection, procurement, and on-site coordination, ensuring a clear, structured process from start to finish.
Each project begins with a thoughtful understanding of how our clients live and what the space requires. From there, we develop and refine the design, coordinate with trades and vendors, and oversee execution to ensure the final result is cohesive and complete.
About the Founder, Judith Heimowitz
Judith Heimowitz is the founder and principal of 7B Design. With a background in digital marketing for luxury, fashion, and beauty brands, she brings both a strategic and creative perspective to her work. She earned her BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and later completed her Interior Design Certificate at Parsons.
A third-generation entrepreneur and the daughter of an architect and psychologist, Judith approaches design with both structure and sensitivity—balancing clarity, intention, and livability in every project.
“7B” symbolizes home, referencing both her childhood apartment in Brooklyn and her first home as a mother in Manhattan. She lives in Scarsdale, New York with her husband and three daughters.
